This organization is expanding its business development capabilities and is seeking a motivated professional to support client engagement and strengthen its presence across the broader finance sector. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, contribute to growth initiatives, and play a key part in securing new business opportunities.
Job Description
• Maintain and establish client relationships and networks across the finance industry to drive business development efforts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including client visits, investment presentations, due diligence, mandate closing, and ongoing follow-up.
• Prepare and tailor presentation materials to support business development activities.
• Participate in final presentations and contribute to winning new business opportunities.
• Support market product research and assist in planning business development strategies.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in asset management or general financial services, with preference for candidates with at least five years of industry exposure.
• Proven record of participating in final presentations and contributing to successful new business acquisitions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, to liaise with HQ and clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven and open‑minded approach.
• Professional financial qualifications such as CFA, or equivalent knowledge, are preferred.
• Strong understanding of market product research and business development planning.
• Team-oriented personality with a pleasant and friendly disposition.
