JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Vice President in daily operations.
- Liaise with clients for billing and financial matters.
- Manage covenants, credit monitoring, and KYC procedures.
- Coordinate with financial institutions and handle administrative tasks.
- Assist in securing approvals and preparing reports/documents.
- Conduct due diligence and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial industry (Structured Finance, ship finance experience is necessary)
- Possess analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
- Good interpersonal communication skills in both speaking and writing.
