Our client, a leading manufacturing company located in the North-East Area of Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage and strengthen relationships with regional partners while also developing new business opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients across Asian markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and engaging potential partners or dealers.
Conduct market research to assess competitive landscape and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Support regional partners by providing product information, updates, and post-sales coordination.
Collaborate closely with internal product and technical teams to align client needs with company solutions.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand presence and gather insights.
Provide regular reporting of sales performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
Undertake frequent short business trips (2–3 times/month) within Asia, including the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and within Singapore.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications equipment or relevant industry.
Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), to liaise with both English and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Knowledge or strong interest in telecommunication systems, radio communication products, or professional audio devices.
Willingness to travel frequently across Asia for short-term assignments.
Strong skills in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and basic financial evaluation of business opportunities.
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and strong adaptability in cross-cultural workplaces.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advantageous:
Prior sales experience in two-way radios, walkie-talkies, or similar audio-communication devices.

Salary package: SGD 4,500 – 6,000
