AI Agent Engineer
My client is a rapidly-expanding Internet firm and they are seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer to lead the development of intelligent, autonomous systems that elevate user interaction. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like OpenAI Function Calling, LangChain, and multimodal AI to build agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks across text, voice, image, and video.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize AI Agents using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
Integrate multimodal capabilities for natural human-computer interaction.
Apply techniques like RAG, RLHF, and ReAct to enhance agent decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-time solutions.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
5+ years of experience in AI Agent or intelligent system development.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks.
Bonus: Experience in consumer-facing AI applications (e.g., smart assistants, intelligent search).
