Administrative Assistant
A market leader in automation, control, and drive systems. This US based company is involved in the design, development, and engineering of cutting-edge automation and variable frequency drive systems. We are currently seeking an administrative assistant with expertise in logistics to join the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial, operational, and administrative support to the Management.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating and serving meetings (scheduling, agenda, documents preparation etc)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers including freight forwarders
- Support on sales administrative work by using system on order processing (Sales/Purchase/Logistic) till delivery and invoicing
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Provide hospitality support to business partners and visitors
- Support in Marketing activities
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of logistics.
Key requirements:
- A-level or Diploma holder
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration, sales support administration and logistic
- INCOTERMS knowledge is a must*
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Cheerful with good team spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented ensuring accuracy to ensure timely completion
