Our client is in agency industry with global presence. As part of expansion, the team is looking for an Accounts Executive to join the team. This role will report to Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly balance sheet, bank reconciliation, debtor ageing
- Prepare invoices, statement of accounts
- Follow up on pending items
- Posting of fixed assets
- Posting of monthly payroll
- Support internal and external audit
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Commerce/Business or equivalent
- Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills for communication with branches
- Able to work in a team and detail oriented
