Located at Central, our client is a sales & marketing office. Currently, the team is looking for an Accounts Executive to handle full spectrum of accounts receivable matters. This person will report to Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
Record and reconcile receipts from customers
Verify and post AR invoices
Follow up outstanding AR
Prepare AR ageing report
Set up terms and credit for new customers
Create vendor master record
Handle foreign branch transactions.
Requirement
Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Business /Finance
At least 2 years accounts receivable experience is a must
Willing to work in a small team and central area
Proficient in Excel is a must
