Our client, a leading solution provider in the fashion industry, are currently looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and result oriented Training Sales & Project Manager to join their admirable team.
The Job:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales and business development efforts for retail training courses.
Besides being instrumental in managing projects, you must play a vital role in collaborating with government institutions and business development activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, business acumen, and extensive knowledge of retail training programs and developments.
The Talent:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the Fashion/Beauty retail sector.
Strong project management skills with experience managing end-to-end projects.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of retail training programs and industry developments.
Ability to work effectively with government institutions and navigate regulatory requirements.
Strong team player, business acumen and strategic thinking.
