This role is an expanded role for a specific commercial region in South East Asia as the regional sales manager to cover Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, plus manage and build the used equipment business program for Asia.
The role will establish, maintain and grow the customer base for the region for both new and used equipment. It will help create and implements the regional plan to hit key targeted metrics for revenue, market share, price improvement, and budget, while continuing to expand the customer base. Identifying the best companies and channels to rent and sell products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Chiller matters in the Service department.
- Provide technical expertise in all Service related issues.
- Develop efficient solutions for mechanical or repair work while keeping quality standards and safety requirements.
- Guide the Service Contractors, by highlighting technical specifications and requirements for specific problems.
- Manage the assignment of repair-activities, ensuring quick and competent Service operations.
- Liaise with local and global internal customers in technical matters.
- Manage costs, schedules and technical product development.
- Deployment to site as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong Service experience within the Chiller industry.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant chiller experiences.
- Able to commit to traveling when necessary
