JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide on-site technical support including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment such as Laser Processing Machines and PCB Drilling Machines.
Deliver timely and high‑quality technical assistance to customers.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient resolution of service issues.
Prepare service reports and complete required “Contact and Consult” documentation.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry developments to enhance technical expertise.
Offer proactive and flexible support aligned with organisational needs.
Perform additional technical or engineering-related tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a service engineer, service technician, or in a similar maintenance/support role.
Solid technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic systems and components.
Familiarity with safety standards and protocols for operating machinery and equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Customer‑centric with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good interpersonal skills and capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and logically.
Willing to work overtime or weekends when required.
