JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Engineer role requires an individual with a strong mix of technical understanding and customer-facing skills. The successful candidate will manage both business development and order coordination, ensuring smooth support throughout the entire sales cycle.
Develop new business opportunities and execute effective sales strategies
Expand customer base and monitor sales performance
Handle customer and distributor inquiries through phone, email, or fax
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and manage sales-related documentation
Follow up on pending quotations, negotiate terms, and assist in closing deals
Monitor customer orders and coordinate with factories on order status
Coordinate shipment and delivery arrangements with internal stakeholders
Conduct customer visits when necessary
Support ad‑hoc projects or internal assignments
Travel for business needs when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
A‑Level holders with strong technical sales experience may be considered
Meticulous, proactive, self‑motivated, with strong communication skills
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team
Proficient in MS Office applications
Possess a valid driving license
Willing to travel when required (local & overseas)
