Job Summary:
My client is a Global Fintech company and they are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, User Growth to drive growth and acquisition of new users for their Wealth Management platform/products. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on digital app ecosystems and experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful user acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and acquisition of new users.
2. Digital App Ecosystems: Leverage digital app ecosystems, such as app stores and online marketplaces, to acquire new users.
3. Wealth Management: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies specifically tailored to wealth management products and services.
4. Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, search, and affiliate marketing.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of user acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
6. Budget Management: Manage budgets for user acquisition campaigns and ensure ROI is met.
Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a related field, with a focus on digital app ecosystems and wealth management.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and performance marketing.
4. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the digital banking and wealth management industries, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
5. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese due to the need to engage with external stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Digital Bank Products: Experience with digital bank products and services, including mobile banking apps and online wealth management platforms.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience with data-driven decision making and A/B testing.
