JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves driving sales activities, conducting market research, delivering product seminars, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers. Manage and grow assigned customer accounts with consistent engagement.
Provide expert product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries.
Consolidate customer requirements and report insights to the Manager.
Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate technical information effectively with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Prepare accurate and tailored sales quotations.
Conduct product presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal departments, HQ, and regional offices to resolve customer and distributor issues.
Generate reports including daily activity logs, project updates, monthly sales summaries, and performance tracking.
Perform market research to identify growth opportunities and analyze industry trends.
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in system integration and factory automation.
Proven track record in engineering or sales engineering roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on sales and negotiation.
Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to multicultural environments.
Able to multitask, take initiative, and complete tasks efficiently.
Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel overseas for short-term business trips.
