Responsibilities
Develop and deliver solutions by planning, creating, and organizing compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
Plan and conduct training sessions for channel partners and end-customers on a regional level.
Support regional training sessions and events as needed.
Ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage the sales bid process and ensure successful closure.
Work closely with Product Managers to relay client feedback about product requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor landscapes.
Requirements:
Adapt quickly to changes, demonstrating confidence and decisive action.
Build trust and effective communication with colleagues and external clients.
Passionate about your expertise and committed to helping others achieve their goals.
Diploma or degree in engineering, information systems, or business administration, or a combination of education and practical experience.
At least 5 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in sales engineering or consultancy.
Strong understanding of IT Network Infrastructure and Management.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Willing to travel for business needs.
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and/or Cisco certification is an advantage.
