JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
Manage and develop a team of professionals in inventory, purchasing, and planning.
Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and audit standards.
Prepare and oversee the annual purchasing budget aligned with business forecasts.
Ensure transfer pricing adheres to corporate policies and global tax/finance guidelines.
Monitor inventory turnover, holding costs, and stock health to safeguard profitability.
Implement measures to reduce excess, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory.
Balance supply constraints with business priorities while maintaining service-level commitments.
Validate customer orders in coordination with Production, Sales, and Customer Support.
Adjust order quantities based on factory capacity, material availability, and allocation rules.
Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Prevent stockouts, overstock, and aging inventory through proactive forecasting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
