Our client is a well-known company in the entertainment/media industry. They are looking for a HR & Admin Manager to assist with their expansion plans and anchor all HR operations
Role
- - Manage end-to-end payroll cycle for <20 employees
- - Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- - Manage employee relations, concerns, disciplinary matters, conflicts
- - Performance management including implementing performance appraisal system
- - Develop HR policies and processes
- - Update employee handbook and ensure compliance with local regulations
- - Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with company goals
- - Oversee office management
- - Liaise with various vendors for office matters
Requirements
- - Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Business Administration preferred
- - 7+ years of experience as Generalist
- - People managerial experience will be advantageous
- - Ability to be flexible to work collaboratively across functional teams
