As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking an Equipment Technician/Technologist to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Perform first-line troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
Execute comprehensive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including post-preventive maintenance process recovery.
Ensure optimal equipment uptime and operational efficiency through effective liaison with process control teams and equipment vendors, addressing escalations and SPC deviations promptly.
Collaborate closely with process module development, process control teams, and vendors to ensure seamless and flawless production operations.
Support internal audits, contributing to the maintenance of ISO certification and quality standards.
Operate independently and effectively within a shift-based work environment.
Key Requirements
Diploma or higher in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on semiconductor equipment engineering experience, specifically in Etch, PVD, or PECVD domains, with a proven track record in troubleshooting.
Possess systematic and logical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with various technical levels across departments.
A self-starter who is highly independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
