As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Lab Officer/Research Engineer to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain various types of semiconductor equipment within a cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to process specifications and procedures.
Utilize computer-based programs and applications efficiently for daily tasks, including process sequences and data collection.
Actively participate in assigned on-the-job training and other required development programs.
Provide essential machine operations coverage and backup support as needed, demonstrating reliability.
Monitor equipment performance, understand its functionality, and communicate promptly with engineers-in-charge to resolve errors.
Execute processes and collect data with excellent teamwork and precision.
Strictly follow all safety protocols and rules within the cleanroom and maintain 6S standards in the work environment.
Promptly report any hazards, suspicious activities, or abnormal occurrences.
Proactively identify and address potential areas for improvement in wafer processing cycle time, equipment utilization, safety/compliance, and cost savings.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in MicroElectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience and understanding of semiconductor processes (e.g., Photolithography, Dry/Wet Etch/Cleans, ThinFilms, Diffusions, Chemical Mechanical Polishings, Metrology).
Must be a self-starter, dependable, and highly motivated individual.
