Job Summary:
My client is a global Fintech MNC and they are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop sales and partnerships around their Payment Wallet/Contactless Payments networks while working very closely with their internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Engagement: Lead end-to-end client engagement, pitch innovative solutions, and oversee product implementation.
2. Project Management & Delivery Excellence: Manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution.
3. Strategic Contract Negotiation: Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the payment industry.
2. Proven Skills: Strong track record in B2B deal execution, commercial negotiation, and product-driven solutions.
3. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin due to the need to engage with internal stakeholders from within.
4. Mindset: Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
5. Collaboration: Adept at working across functions to drive alignment and execution.
