Job Summary:
My client is a Global Fintech MNC and they are looking to hire a Business Development Director to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. You'll hunt for new relationships, lead a sales team, and drive growth and business opportunities across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
2. Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand our market presence.
4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to inform business strategies.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, focusing on business development, preferably within the shopping malls / large F&B groups.
3. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving operational excellence.
4. Digital Payment Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital payment landscape and customer needs within the industry.
5. Communication: Fluent in Cantonese and English due to the need to speak to internal stakeholders from within.
