An Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Talent Development space. This role will be instrumental in helping to design and execute strategies and initiatives for Talent Development and Engagement. Below is a snippet of the JD.
Talent Development
Design, deliver, and evaluate L&D programmes aligned to business needs and capability gaps
Partner with internal business leaders to identify skills gaps and develop learning roadmaps
Co-create and facilitate training programmes, including in-house sessions where required
Curate and deliver learning solutions across multiple modalities (classroom, workshops, e-learning) for targeted audiences
Support development and succession planning initiatives as assigned
Employee Engagement
Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive participation and awareness of engagement programmes
Manage recognition platforms and initiatives to reinforce positive behaviours and performance
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or related field with more than 3 years of relevant Talent Development experience.
Certified in ACTA / ACLP
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent communication and presentations skills.
