As they continue to expand their operations, they are now seeking a talented Superintendent Civil Engineer to join their team and play a key role in their ongoing success and future projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed designs and plans for bridge construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Oversee all phases of bridge construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and enforce safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers for seamless project execution.
- Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, identifying cost-effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to construction teams.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the durability and safety of bridge structures.
- Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding safety, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Foster team coordination and cross-functional collaboration to promote efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in civil and infrastructure projects, specializing in bridges, roads, and tunnels.
- Familiarity with construction standards in Australia, the US, and China.
- Fluency in verbal Mandarin to effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors.
- Excellent project planning and report-writing skills.
Prior experience leading a construction team on-site, providing technical guidance and ensuring project safety and quality standards are met.
