JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance Management: Ensure all construction activities adhere to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Design Development: Create and review M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) designs and drawings in line with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Collaboration: Partner with contractors and consultants to address and resolve installation challenges.
Progress Monitoring: Oversee project progress and quality, addressing any on-site issues promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular status reports, detailing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Develop and manage shop drawings, Revit BIM models, as-built drawings, and other construction documents.
Procurement Coordination: Work with procurement teams to source and secure necessary project supplies.
System Testing & Handover: Support system testing and ensure a smooth handover of completed M&E installations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min 2 years working experience in handling drafting for building.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent will be advantageous
Strong in using BIM (Revit) and CAD software will be addition values
