JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the maintenance and growth of successful business partnerships, managing all aspects of partner interactions.
- Monitor account success and advise on scalable, demand-based products to facilitate worldwide expansion.
- Assist the Partnerships and Affiliates Team in identifying, researching, and segmenting business opportunities (banks, airlines, affiliate websites, mobile platforms) to boost website traffic.
- Identify opportunities and key trends in designated markets.
- Align partner business objectives with our services to optimize business opportunities.
- Oversee the processes leading to partnership acquisition, including leads, prospecting, initial contact, meetings, contracts, integration, and optimization.
- Develop and sustain a professional network within the travel industry.
- Monitor, research, and report on market developments in the travel industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of relevant business development experience in the travel industry, preferably with an OTA, demonstrating a strong track record in establishing and implementing partnerships.
- Proven success in an international environment.
- Knowledge of the travel and e-commerce industries.
- Strong business network in the PH market with a desire to expand it.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Results-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Creative, persistent, outgoing, eager to learn, proactive, positive, and self-motivated.
- Quick, resourceful, a team player, flexible, accurate, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Academic degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
