Job Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities based on business and workforce plans, from role scoping to offer management.
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market insights and advisory support.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience, while leveraging market trends and data to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese to communicate internally and externally
- At least 5 years of in-house recruitment experience
