They are in search of an IT Manager
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Lead IT strategy and operations across the head office and multiple project sites
Drive digital transformation and governance initiatives
Senior leadership role reporting to top management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives and regional HQ directives. Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
IT Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security standards in line with regional HQ frameworks. Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee IT infrastructure and business applications for the head office and project sites. Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of all systems.
Project Management: Lead IT setup for new project sites, including network, hardware, and software deployment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor both outsourced and permanent IT staff. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Implement robust security measures and disaster recovery plans. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and project teams to support business needs. Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, business applications, governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in construction or project-based environments is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
