OVERVIEW
HR position at Japanese major consumer goods company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment, payroll management, employee benefits management, training, performance management
Recruitment related tasks (job posting management, interview arrangement, offer compilation)
Employment related tasks (contract related tasks, joining related tasks)
Visa related tasks (application, cancellation, renewal procedures, etc.)
Updating employee handbook and HR regulations in accordance with employment laws and legal requirements.
Create and manage annual budgets for HR-related expenses, and support the creation of forecasts
Research on labor markets, surveys, government regulations, and salary information
Prepare documents for annual ISO, JSOX audits, and accounting audits
Calculate monthly payroll, submit monthly CPF, and create monthly salary reports
IRAS-related tasks (preparing and submitting staff salary information, etc.)
Perform annual pay increase and performance bonus payment tasks in conjunction with personnel evaluations
Employee education-related tasks (recommending, evaluating, and managing training courses, etc.)
Performance evaluation management, including support for setting annual KPIs and conducting semi-annual performance reviews
Application and management of various leave (AL, MC, government-paid leave, etc.)
Medical claim-related tasks (enrolling in, applying for, and managing various insurances, arranging medical checkups, etc.)
Planning and running internal events (D&D, incentive trips, team building activities, etc.)
Employee engagement initiatives
Various contract management tasks (management of leased vehicle contracts, management of housing contracts for expatriates, etc.)
Conduct employee surveys, submit reports and action plans
Hold quarterly regional HR meetings with HR personnel from group companies (knowledge sharing and incident reporting)
Other ad-hoc tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge in Singapore Employment act, MOM regulatory guidelines and all levels of work pass & employment pass requirements.
Working experience with Sage Easypay or any other HR software.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
Business level of English proficiency (Necessary for internal/external communication)
Daily conversation level of Japanese language proficiency (Good to have for internal communication)
Additional Details
Expected salary: Approximately S$5,000/month (may be offered higher than expected depending on experience.)
Performance bonus: Dependent on company and individual performance
Annual paid leave: Starts on 14 days (increases to a maximum of 21 days each year)
Working from home: 1 time of a week
