Overview
Our client is a Japanese asset management firm engaged in government-related projects and investment banking operations. They are currently seeking a Secretary / Administrative Staff to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Secretarial duties such as schedule coordination, travel arrangements, meeting setup, and visitor reception
- Expense reimbursement processing
- Handling internal procedures with the Japan headquarters (approval requests, payment applications)
- Invoice and document management
- Office administration (supplies management and ordering)
- Data entry into internal systems and contract preparation
- Assisting with reports for MAS and Japan headquarters
- Communication with the local team
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent (for communication with Japan HQ and Japanese staff)
- Business-level English proficiency (for communication with local staff)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (financial industry experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle administrative tasks flexibly and efficiently
Other Information
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: SGD 3,500 – 4,500/month + performance-based bonus
- Interview rounds: Approximately 2
- Work arrangement: Office-based (1 day remote work negotiable)
