JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for driving client satisfaction and taking ownership throughout the entire lifecycle to make sure sales, projects/solutions beyond client’s expectation.
Cultivate, maintain and grow relationships with established accounts that will increase business and ensure excellent customer relations
Develop a strategic sales plan that expands customer base including handling what to sell, how to create solutions, and who to appeal to.
Good understanding of the project execution and delivery processes with strong ability to grasp customers’ requirements, conduct gathering of requirements and analysis, and prepare functional requirements and services requirements’ specification documents
Organize to create customer proposals, reply to tenders, RFQs, etc. in close coordination with the project team
Influence and work closely with vendors to achieve required results.
Manage the month-end and half-year-end financial close processes.
Experience of leadership in team and its people management.
Location: Singapore central
Hybrid working arrangement.
