🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets
- Develop and present technical product specifications to architects, consultants, and main contractors
- Provide expert advice on product applications and performance to support client decision-making
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and trust
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet project-specific requirements
- Conduct site visits and technical presentations to educate stakeholders on product benefits
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in civil engineering, construction, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or specification handling within the construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionals across various levels
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car
