The candidate is responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies: Creating plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Setting sales goals: Establishing targets for individuals and the team, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
- Building client relationships: Cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business and maintain customer satisfaction
- Analyzing market trends: Monitoring market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Sales forecasting: Estimating future sales volumes and revenue to inform business decisions and resource allocation
- Reporting and documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and financial transactions
- Collaborating with other departments: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance overall business performance
To be successful as a sales manager, lead by example, set clear goals, develop your team, foster a positive culture, use data-driven insights, communicate effectively, adapt to change, prioritize customer relationships, stay organized, and continuously improve.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or related discipline
- 5 years of relevant scanner or PDA product application
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
- Hard working with passion, able to work under pressure and good in communication and team spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and work independently
