Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturer, is looking for a Sales & Account Management Executive.
This position will be responsible for driving semiconductor lithography products sales across Southeast Asia markets through customer engagement and Japan HQ coordination.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct sales activities by presenting lithography products (steppers, scanners, parts) to existing customers via meetings and proposals to achieve regional sales targets
Analyze customer technical requirements, recommend optimal lithography solutions, prepare quotations, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders
Collaborate with engineers to promote high-margin parts and performance-enhancing products through consultative sales approach
Coordinate product delivery and after-sales support with admin teams while participating in regular Japan HQ meetings
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Southeast Asia semiconductor and display manufacturing sectors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
2-3 years of B2B sales, account management, or technical customer support experience
Strong communication skills with attention to technical details and customer needs
Self-motivation and schedule management to consistently achieve sales goals
Experience in semiconductor equipment, electronics manufacturing, or precision machinery
Japanese language proficiency for seamless headquarters collaboration
Willingness for overseas travel including Japan training programs
BENEFITS/OTHERS
Monthly salary: S$3,800 - S$4,000 (determined by skills and experience)
Annual leave: 22 days (pro-rated first year)
Working hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM(Monday - Friday)
Sick leave: 20 days (pro-rated first year)
