Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager Position

Job Overview:
We are seeking for a highly driven Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager to be part of our client's team here in Singapore. Our client is a market leader within the Semiconductor and Electronics industry. You will be responsible for all sales, marketing, and business development related activities, focusing on the Southeast Asian market. You will be part of the team contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales and marketing of materials for Semiconductor- and Electronics-related manufacturers.
Manage relationships with existing customers and proactively develop new business in the Asia Pacific.
Implementing sales strategies and obtaining market intel on competitors and industry trends.
Conduct market surveys and analyses to gather insights into the Southeast Asian market.
Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned products.
Prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets for reporting to the head office.
Collect and analyze statistical data, import/export trends, and relevant market intelligence.
Compile reports such as meeting minutes, weekly sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management to communicate key findings and strategies.
Manage customer issues, inquiries, and feedback effectively.
Demonstrate a willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region.

Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.
5 to 8 years of experience in B2B industry, preferably from electronics or semiconductor related industry/products
In-depth knowledge of the Southeast Asian market.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building.
Self-motivated, a team player, and capable of working independently.
