COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is vertical transport company, who provide MOD sales and new equipment sales. Their business is lift and escalator consulting and covering aftermarket service soluction.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for the Sales & Business Development of lift advisory and smart lift services within the Real Estate and Infrastructure Division.
  • Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for lift advisory and smart lift services
  • Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets
  • Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
  • Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various services portfolios to improve profitability and/or achieve market acceptance.
  • Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
  • Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales
  • Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum a Diploma in an Engineering discipline, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Business with at least 3 years of sales experience in B2B environment and international organisation.
  • Experience in service solution selling or technical knowledge of lift operations would be an added advantage
  • Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage various service offerings
  • Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a short time
  • Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
  • Target oriented, systematic strong problem solverEffective written communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to maintain personal effectiveness particularly during periods of higher-than-normal workload.
