One of our clients are looking for Japanese Speaking Regional Sales Manager who is able to work in Tokyo, Japan.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities to our clients who are mainly Japanese retailers and a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline.
・Managing all business development aspects of brand’s partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline
・Managing and being the main point of contact for channel partners
・Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training, and support
・Managing sales orders and providing status to partners and/or manager
・Creating business management tools and processes to streamline partner management
・Working with marketing team to execute programs and events to increase brand exposure
・Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills
・Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level
・Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
・Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
・Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations for internal meetings

Reporting line: Senior Vice President of Hardware Business Unit
JOB REQUIREMENT
● Japanese: Native Level (as need to communicate with all the clients using Japanese)
● English: Business level (as need to communicate with the internal reporting line and PICs in English)
● Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in Japan channel sales preferably
● Knowledge of IT or consumer electronics market is preferred
● Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple partners
● Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting, and discussing solutions
● English: Business level (as need to communicate with the internal reporting line and PICs in English)
● Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in Japan channel sales preferably
● Knowledge of IT or consumer electronics market is preferred
● Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple partners

OTHER INFORMATIONS
Working days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: Up to JPY12,000,000
Bonus: Yes (Sales Incentive)
