Job Title: Regional Sales Director, APAC

Key Responsibilities:
Drive market share growth and achieve sales objectives for Microbial Solutions products/services across APAC.
Develop and implement strategic sales, pricing, and distribution plans.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales managers and commercial professionals.
Foster new business development, build robust pipelines, and identify market trends in the region.
Build a comprehensive network of key opinion leaders throughout APAC.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field (MBA advantageous).
8-10 years relevant industry experience, with a strong client interface background.
Minimum 5 years managing commercial teams directly.
Minimum 3-5 years managing teams specifically in the APAC region.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
