✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Financial industry knowledge preferred.
✔ Familiarity with waterfall development processes.
✔ Willingness to travel across Asia.

✔ Business-level English (Japanese is a plus to working closely with Japanese stakeholder.
