Our client, a service provider within the lifestyle and consumer goods space, is looking for a Membership Service Executive for their Japan market team as part of expansion plans.
Handle enquiries from members and transactions via various channels promptly and efficiently
Monitor payment status and take proactive approach in following up
Record all communication transpired into the CRM system promptly
Record all activities and enquiries for statistics collation
Prepare timely and accurate documentation and reports
Deliver good customer service by providing assistance in member’s request/complaints and find appropriate solutions
Business level Japanese proficiency is required to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and members
Possess excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Prior working experience in hospitality industry will be a big advantage
