- Lead architectural design strategy for semiconductor facilities including FABs, CUPs, Probe, administrative, and ancillary buildings.
- Develop both conceptual and detailed designs that adhere to global standards and local/international building codes.
- Support construction activities, including reviewing submittals, assessing design changes, and conducting QA/QC checks.
- Evaluate architectural and structural work from contractors, A&E firms, and design partners for quality and compliance.
- Prepare architectural deliverables, such as layouts, specifications, cost estimates, RFPs, and design reports.
- Perform field inspections to ensure designs meet scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply IBC and sustainability standards while designing cleanroom components like raised floors, demountable walls, and ceiling grids.
- Drive site master planning and optimize space usage for greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Lead strategic programs and major projects, supporting reliability improvements, capacity planning, and sustainability targets.
- Bring 10+ years of relevant experience, strong CAD/BIM proficiency, deep semiconductor facility knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 30%.
Experience:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Minimum 10 years of architectural experience in industrial construction projects & minimum 5 year in Semiconductor and/or facilities related industry.
Technical expertise, knowledge, and experience on building design and construction of Semiconductor Wafer Fab building and CUB building.
Strong background in consulting and construction for fast-track large-scale semiconductor/industrial projects.
