Our client is a globally-renowned brand in the retail space and they looking for a HR Senior Manager. This is a newly-created position to support change management and process improvements.
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development of human capital
- Monitor, develop, and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment and improve on retention rate
- Drive high performance through establishing HR evaluation systems, performance management, and goal-setting
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
- Degree in HRM / Business Administration or equivalent
- 8 - 10 years of experience in HR
- Prior experience implementing HRMS modules is required
- People management experience required
- Regional experience will be a bonus
- Independent and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
