A multinational company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a HR (Training & Development) to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization in handling the HR functions in Training & Development.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement relevant yearly learning and development plans according to the company nature and needs.
- Identifying suitable training programs for employees.
- Manage training budgets and grants.
- Monitors career-pathing and the training programs, provide any feedback to improve.
- Provide support in other human resource functions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.
- Candidates with experience in training and development programs will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
