Job Responsibilities
Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and people initiatives.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing advisory support across all HR matters.
Oversee core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management, while continuously improving HR processes and governance.
- Proven HR experience within Japanese companies.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- Japanese language skills are required to communicate with Japan HQ.
