Job Responsibilities

• Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and people initiatives.

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing advisory support across all HR matters.

• Oversee core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management, while continuously improving HR processes and governance.

  
   

• Proven HR experience within Japanese companies.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Japanese language skills are required to communicate with Japan HQ.
