Our client is a Japanese MNC and they are looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the below position.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for expatriates housing matters and lease agreements
Liaise closely with the respective HR personnel, outsourcing income tax company to meet tax filing deadlines & ensure timely tax payment
Prepare reports such as headcounts for Tokyo HQ
Administration of Regional HR activities (communicate with HR in other offices to collate HR related data in the Group, and to create presentation materials/reports to support managers in implementing Regional HR projects, etc)
Ad-hoc assignments given by Managers
Requirements:
Diploma holder in related field
Min 2 years of working experience in HR field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to interact with all levels of staff
Positive attitude, committed and willing to learn
Meticulous, resourceful and possesses a sharp and analytical mind
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in both spoken/written Japanese due to frequent liaising with Japanese counterparts in Japan HQ
