A multinational company in the accounting service provider sector is seeking a HR & Admin executive to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization in handling the HR and office administration matters. This role will be focusing on end-to-end staff hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of staff hiring, including work pass applications, on and off boarding procedures.
- Staff management - staff attendance, leave and employee records.
- Government claims and surveys
- Staff consulting and managing the staff performance assessment
- Handle general office administration
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or Business or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in handling HR generalist matters
- Candidates with experienced in staff hiring and office administration will be preferred
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
- Ability to work independently and proactive in fast paced environment.
