Our client is a company in the Investment industry and they are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant Manager to handle all HR & Admin matters as an individual contributor

 

Role:

  • Responsible for day-to-day HR & administrative work duties

  • Drafting of HR policies and updating of employee handbooks, implementing and reviewing of policies

  • Manage Performance Appraisal exercise and support decision making on annual bonus

  • Participate in compensation & benefits exercise including salary proposals

  • Manage employee and Company insurance

  • Handle full cycle of payroll including statutory submissions, claims, and yearly income tax submissions
  • Handle Expat payroll and income tax
  • Filling of IR21 and IR8A
  • End-to-end recruitment

  • Coordinate HR events and staff welfare activities

  • Maintain P-files

  • Manage office administrative matters such as upkeep of office maintenance

  • Others duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related discipline.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint.

  • At least 7-10 years’ operational experience as HR Generalist

  • Ability to multi-task, priortise and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work independently
