Role Overview
This leader will shape international expansion, manage global franchise partnerships, and ensure consistent brand experience across regions. The role oversees market strategy, commercial performance, merchandising strategy, and visual merchandising standards, with a strong focus on strengthening and scaling the global franchising business.
Key Focus Areas
• Lead international business strategy and drive market growth.
• Oversee and develop global franchise partnerships, including negotiations and performance management.
• Optimise merchandising, inventory, and product strategies for franchise/wholesale markets.
• Maintain brand and visual merchandising consistency across international stores.
• Use data and analytics to guide commercial decisions and improve market performance.
Requirements
• 12–15 years’ experience in international business, retail operations, or franchise/wholesale leadership.
• Proven track record in scaling international or franchise markets.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
