JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Liaise with Japan HQ and internal teams for document submissions.
- Handle licensing (e.g., liquor, gas, food shop) and update hygiene personnel records.
- Support outlet and office admin tasks, including repairs, insurance, and invoice processing.
- Organize and maintain documents, databases, and translations (JP↔EN).
- Manage schedules, meetings, and assist with company events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or higher with at least 1 year of relevant experience; leasing background is a plus.
- Business level of English and Japanese for internal/external communication
- Strong multitasking and independent work capabilities.
- Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Positive attitude, strong communication, teamwork, initiative, and time management.
Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals.

・Monthly salary: Around S$3200-4000
