Business Planning & Analytics
o Support the FP&A Team to deliver key finance processes (Budget, Forecast, Month Close, QBCs) across all APAC subsidiaries
o Support with standardization and simplification of processes
o Support the FP&A Team in analysis and ad-hoc projects
Financial Management
o Support the FP&A Team in driving and landing QFA (quarterly financial accountabilities) and complying with Field Operating Model (FOM)
o Ensure quality of OPEX planning which includes understanding and documentation of OPEX principles, assumptions and analytical review and calculations. Managing month end P&L. Ensure all material financial transactions are recorded in clients accounting system in accordance with clients policies
Business Support and Partnership
o Partner with the business leaders and process owners across APAC subsidiaries to provide insights and value-added analysis for the organization such as benchmarking analysis, spend management and resource allocation analysis
Controls and Compliance
o Support the FP&A Team to work with the Compliance team to drive overall controls and compliance agenda, including compliance framework, execution plan, testing and review. Liaise with auditors, both internal and external, to provide required documentation.
Requirements
Mandatory
Advanced Excel Skills (Power Pivot Tables, Functions, Lookups, Advanced formulas)
Controlling or Accounting experience
GAAP or IFRS knowledge
