Their services support hybrid cloud, secure hosting, and network management, with operations spanning multiple provinces. The local strategy focuses on driving digital transformation, enhancing data security, and promoting sustainability through energy-efficient technologies.
Your New Role
Leads the development of financial plans, including annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial models, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Performs comprehensive financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for cost efficiency and profitability.
Oversees the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports for senior leadership, stakeholders, and external entities.
Ensures adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements across all operating regions.
Manages budget allocations and monitors expenditures across departments and projects, addressing variances with corrective actions.
Supervises financial systems and reporting tools to support critical performance evaluations.
Identifies and mitigates financial risks, implementing effective risk management policies and strategies.
Establishes and enforces financial controls, policies, and procedures to protect assets and ensure compliance.
Partners with senior leadership to shape and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Coordinates audit processes with internal and external auditors to maintain transparency and accountability.
Builds and leads a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and accountability.
Key Qualifications for Success
Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
Skilled in financial analysis, risk assessment, and long-term strategic planning aligned with business goals.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to influence and advise diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of how financial strategies intersect with technology solutions and business processes, ideally within the IT or tech industry.
Strong grasp of regulatory compliance, taxation, and financial controls across multiple regions.
Capable of navigating complex issues, driving operational initiatives, and delivering tactical results with measurable impact.
Must be a South African Citizen or Permanent Resident.
