Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections of all facility systems and execute necessary maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural work.
Oversee the upkeep and functionality of fire safety equipment and systems.
Verify that tasks completed by staff or contractors meet required standards, and address any shortcomings.
Plan, coordinate, and manage essential central services such as maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and recycling.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues within the cleanroom environment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all cleanroom equipment, ensuring timely repairs and servicing.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and internal company policies.
Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent issues, managing their resolution effectively.
Design and deliver safety training programs for employees.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance tasks, and safety documentation.
Provide support and guidance during emergency situations.
Ensure the facility complies with health and safety standards and relevant legislation.
Optimize the use of space and resources within the building, including reorganization when necessary.
Apply performance management strategies to monitor service levels and drive continuous improvement.
